Whichever treatment plan you're currently on, keeping your subscription up to date ensures uninterrupted care and helps you save on costs. This guide walks you through everything you need to know, from checking your plan to making changes or cancellations.
1. Viewing Your Subscription
Log into your account to see:
- Active medications
- Payment schedule & history
- Upcoming shipments
- Your current plan (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, etc.)
2. Updating Payment Information
To avoid interruptions, make sure your payment details are current:
- Log into your account
- Go to Account
- Select Billing & Shipping
- Enter your new details and confirm
3. Canceling Your Subscription
Need to cancel? You can do it anytime:
- Log into your account and open your Treatment Plan
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Follow the prompts to confirm
Note: Prepaid plans (3, 6, or 12 months) may have different refund policies depending on the case.
4. Renewing Your Subscription
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of your billing cycle. You’ll get an email before renewal so you have time to make changes. If you don’t want to renew, cancel or switch your plan before the date.
